We were pleased to find fantastic and magnificent rooms at this hip new hotel. Liked central heating, a private safe and flat-screen TV in the room. The location of the property was stunning - relatively close to Citadel.
Their staff were very rude.

The views from my Large Corner Room King Bed City View were fine, giving me a superb panorama of the city. The breakfast options were vast, with a well-rounded selection that catered to various tastes.
The location, while vibrant, was marred by a nightclub right next door, leading to loud music late into the night was good. The swimming pool is small, and there's no dedicated children's pool, which could be a downside for families. The check-in process was sluggish, resulting in an inconvenient wait that threw off the start of my stay.

The guest room featured a fabulous king bed and quick room service. Breakfast looked appealing but opened late, impacting our departure plans. The dining atmosphere felt odd as restaurants were empty, limiting evening options to room service, excellent. The front desk staff struggled with efficiency, particularly when handling our luggage, which could be improved.

I found the hotel very excellent. The lobby is spacious with beautiful interior design. My room had great city views from tall windows, really enhancing the atmosphere. The staff were helpful, especially during breakfast. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food, and I appreciated the attentive service at the restaurant. I faced some issues . The Wi-Fi speed was annoyingly slow. I also encountered a problem with the air conditioning in my room. It wasn't cooling well at first, made the initial hours quite uncomfortable. While I loved the view and the dining, the internet issues and the room temperature were disappointing.
